Check a warranty by serial number
Enter the serial number from the product label or your invoice. We show the product, the month it was bought and the day its warranty ends. We never show the buyer's name or the order number.
Making a claim
- Keep the serial number and your invoice or order confirmation email.
- Contact the shop by phone, LINE or the contact page and describe the fault.
- Bring the product to the shop or send it as we tell you.
